Transitional Design may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and such modification shall be effective upon being posted onto the Transitional Design Website. You will not upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other destructive code. You further agree not to copy, reproduce, or publicly display any content from the Website outside the functions of the Website without first obtaining written permission from Transitional Design. You will be responsible for ensuring that You do not violate any laws of Your jurisdiction. You may not use the Website for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. Please read the Transitional Design Terms & Conditions carefully. If you pick larger items up on any other days there will not be moving assistance available. We make every attempt during the scheduled pick-up time to have one mover to assist with loading large items.
Please bring your own packing materials and be prepared to pack and load your items. A storage fee may apply for large items if they are held. Items are considered abandoned after five days and no refunds will be given. We will hold items for five days unless you make specific arrangements with Transitional Design. If you are unable to make the pickup, please call our office at 44 with your credit card information or pay with PayPal. All items must be paid for by the end of the pickup.
